Will I get more content on NetfliX after my FREE trial is over and I start paying?

I have signed up for a FREE 30 day trial with NetfliX, I think the range of content is a bit old, When I start paying for my monthly subscription will I unlock more content? I'm just trying to work out if it's worth paying for or whether I should cancel. Thanks in advance.
