Why some christians pray only to jesus, while others pray to all those in heaven?

You know the only door to heaven. Yes, jesus says i'm the door. Also he says i'm the way, the truth, and the life. Then why everyone around me, praying to all those who are supposed to be in heaven. Is jesus accepting bribe for the pass?
