What would my friend be likely to get for drink driving again?

My friend has been caught drink driving with a reading of 146mm in a breath test. I know this is a really high reading. He was also caught drink driving in 2002, so within 10yrs. Can anyone give a rough idea what he may expect to receive when he goes to court in 3 weeks time.
