Der Mietvertrag beinhaltet 1/1 Garage und der Mieter geht davon aus, dass ihm die ganze Garage zusteht. Der Vermieter besteht aber darauf, dass er diese mit einem (unliebsamen) Nachbarn zu teilen habe. Wer hat hier Recht?
