Where is the safest place to cut yourself?

I want to know where the safest place to cut yourself is. I know lots of people will say that I shouldn't cut, but I've been doing it for a while now and I know what I'm doing, I don't want to die I just want to relieve cutting. I've already done it on my arm, close to my wrist but never on my wrist or the crease in my elbow because I know that there are loads of veins. I've also cut on my thighs, but I don't want to do that anymore. Is there any places where you can cut where there aren't many/none major veins or arteries?

What is a VPN?

VPN is (Virtual Private Network) were first used by companies to enable their employees to securely access internal systems such as email remotely (e.g. from home or while on business trips). Today they are increasingly being used for personal use by individuals to protect their privacy while online in public places (e.g. when using the wi-fi connection in a cafe) or in a country where the internet is censored / blocked (e.g. China, Saudi Arabia…).
